Here are the Dr. Cesar Izquierdo rules to be a top performer:
Rules to be a top performer
RULE 1: CLARITY, have clarity in your goals, in what you really want, not a foggy vision but a detail vision. Lack of clarity always ends up giving a result you didn’t expected in the first place.
RULE 2: FOCUS, keep focus in your goals, see them in your mind every day, see how far or how close to your goal are you every week, make sure every day you are on track in the right direction and keep moving.
RULE 3: FOCUS, do not forget rule number 2 and stay focus. Which means learn to say NO to many things and persons that may waste your time or push-off your track. It is true, there are toxic people, toxic practices for your life, and toxic ideas for your mind, just get away from them.
RULE 4: PLANNING, to set up priorities, to optimize the use of your resources, to leverage your capabilities, to analyze your results and act accordingly, to evaluate your progress according with your plan. Think what could go wrong and prevent it. Plan your work and work your plan.
RULE 5: STRATEGY, many things can be done, but you should not do it, analyze the right action in the right time. Some actions require a lot of patience, do not rush into a disaster. Delay some important decisions. Do not ask for advice from whom only has learned from a book or in a classroom, seek the experience from the one who has done it, seek the author with results. Hire consultants with real experience, do not improvise.
RULE 6: PRACTICE, whatever is your craft, profession, art, or talent, practice more and more until it became second skin, until goes in automatic, until you get mastery skills, practice with love. Reward yourself when get a milestone. Your own success is the best source for inspiration. Work with passion.
RULE 7: LEARN, every day learn something more, learn from your mistakes and from books, learn the new technologies that shape your business or world, learn what it takes to be on top of your class, learn with love. Learn about love, and about money since this two things rule the world. Prepare to lead and solve problems. Learn to code and do math.
RULE 8: IMPROVE, improve yourself, the personal development is an internal quest to be better it is a process and takes time and other resources, improve also your business or craft, improve your environment you are in, improve the people who works with you. Be the best.
RULE 9: CONNECT, since old times making connections and meeting right people has been of paramount importance to get the sound advice, to have the just-on-time information, get the recommendation, introduce a client, etc. With the power of social media networking is easy than before, do it wisely. Treat every person with integrity and always give a sincere smile. Love people and use things not otherwise.
RULE 10: CONTRIBUTE, share your experience, in mentorship, in books, in articles, be a good example and leave a trail, a path to follow. Inspire others to be better, to do better, and to live a quality life that shall be remembered.
If you read this rules several times, with analytical thinking and then you decide to put in practice in your life, is just matter of time and you will show up outstanding results, is a proven process.
